We collect only the information needed to operate the platform and deliver the learning experience, including:

• Account information such as your name and email address
• Lab activity and progress, including completions, scores, and leaderboard-related performance data
• Payment information processed through Stripe when you subscribe to a paid plan
• Product usage data: the pages you visit on QbitDojo, how long they are actively open, and the session start and end times
• Coarse device and location data: device type, browser, operating system, and the approximate country, region and city derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address for analytics.
• Technical data such as cookies, error logs, and security logs

We use trusted third-party providers to operate QbitDojo:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Google Cloud Vertex AI for AI lab chat functionality
• Neon for database infrastructure
• Vercel for hosting and deployment
• Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics (only with your analytics consent)
• Plausible for privacy-friendly website statistics (only with your analytics consent)
• Resend for sending account, learning and, if you opt in, marketing emails

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to QbitDojo.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your choices. They are always on because the service cannot work without them.

Product analytics. QbitDojo measures, on its own servers, which pages are used and for how long, with the coarse device and location details described above. For signed-in learners we do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the learning experience. For visitors who are not signed in we only do it after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject" in the cookie banner, we do not record this data for you at all, whether or not you are signed in. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Third-party analytics (Plausible) and error monitoring (Sentry) only load after you accept analytics.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect platform security. Product analytics records are deleted automatically after 13 months, and are deleted immediately together with your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. We will review and fulfill valid deletion requests subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

If you are located in Switzerland or the European Union, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss and EU privacy requirements and will respond to valid rights requests within a reasonable time.
